MOVE BETTER.
PERFORM BETTER.

Helping athletes overcome injuries, build strength, and return to the activities they love.

Meet Dr. Pete Grasso

FROM ATHLETE TO
SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPIST.

Pete was a multi-sport high school athlete and collegiate baseball player at Salisbury University, where he earned First Team All-American honors and was named the 2017 Division III Baseball Player of the Year. He went on to pitch professionally in the United Shore Professional Baseball League, gaining firsthand experience with the demands of high-level training and competition.

Following his baseball career, Pete earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Today, he combines his athletic background, passion for strength and conditioning, and evidence-based rehabilitation to deliver individualized care.

He works with athletes and active adults of all levels to recover from injuries, improve performance, and build the strength and confidence needed for lasting results. His approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and training, with a plan that extends beyond the clinic.
